2013 Veterans Day Flag Ceremony

On Veteran’s Day the past two years, the Columbian Foundation has replaced torn and damaged United States and Italian flags in front of The St. Francis Xavier Parish in Newark, NJ. This ceremony was administered by the Color Guard from both the Newark Police and Fire Departments, led by members: Samuel A. DeMaio Police Director, City of Newark and John G. Centanni Jr. Fire Chief, City of Newark; the ceremony revitalized the appearance of the area and added to the committment of generosity throughout the Columbian Foundation.
